Please note that I am sharing with you EXACT scripts that my team uses.

The reason I did not delete out my company our specific info is because I want you to see EXACTLY how we do it. Obviously you should substitute the name of YOUR Company and the description of your company’s website.

Here we go:

Hi – Is this Sue/John? This is Debbie from residual Money secrets or WWD you requested information from our (pink & purple or green & gray) website about working from home a few days ago. Do you have 5 minutes you can spend with me?

Great. We have just a few questions for you before we go to the next step.

  1. What is the #1 reason you are seeking to build a business from home?
  2. How long have you been looking to build a business from home?
  3. Have you ever had a home business?
  4. What kind of work do you do now (if they are not working now-I ask what kind of work did you used to do)?
  5. What is most important to you at this stage in your life?
  6. What do you LOVE most about your life right now?

Sue/John, we literally get over 500 hits a day at our website which obviously translates into a large number of inquires. We’ve found the most direct way to provide information is either in our PRE-RECORDED webinar or our LIVE virtual conference where You can log in from the privacy of your home computer and view our A-Z business presentation.

In either scenario, you learn enough about the business to determine if residual Money secrets or WWD is for you. We’ll schedule a follow-up appointment for right after the webinar OR within 24 hours of sending you the pre-recorded presentation.

Which works better for you? At the end of the presentation, we ask you for your feedback and then I personally call you and make sure all of your questions get answered.

Which is better. . . Tuesday at 10 pm or Thursday at 9 pm?

Great, Thursday. I will send you an email confirming our appointment. Have you written it down in your planner?

Also if for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, if you could please call me-because I have reserved one of my 3 available seats for you in the conference room.

I will email them a confirmation And rank them between a 1 and a 5 (5 being the best) as a lead

NOTES:

If they choose the pre-recorded webinar, set a follow-up appointment within 24 hours.

If they choose a LIVE presentation, say ‘we book by appointment only. Let me give you a couple of choices from my next couple of openings.’

(based on their work schedule and yours, you need to select two different days).

Last but not least, when you call them back, after you say hello, this is the question you ask

Carol, tell me what you liked best about the information in the presentation (AND BE QUIET)!!!!

Your prospect will tell you which interests them the most

  • The opportunity to reduce debt
  • The option of a whole new career
  • Tax Benefits
  • More Fun – the LifeStyle Freedom
  • Personal Growth

Based on their response you will want to personalize your reply to them:

Extra Income – How many people will she need on her Team (on average) to reach her goal?

Reduce Debt – Pay off a lump sum through this business.

Additional Career Options – this business is ideal because you can start it part-time and work into full-time.

Tax Benefits – The average home-based entrepreneur saves more than $5,000 in taxes by maximizing legal deductions.

More Fun – Share pictures of the places traveled to with your company (if you haven’t yet traveled with them, have the magazine or brochures hand – or better yet, create a travel dream board.

Personal Growth – Enhances the quality of your life – you gain new skills and make a difference in other peoples’ lives.
