It is important to confirm the appointment with your prospect. It is best to do this through Outlook or gmail or even by Text.
Why?
Even though we have a Great Contact Management System with Response Magic and Home Office Pro – neither of these options will tell you if the email bounces – and you want to know if your prospect does not receive the confirmation.
If you have a prospect waiting for the ‘log in’ instructions and there is a technical glitch, you would never know that they did not receive the log-in information.
On the next page is the email that I personally send out. You can tailor this for a home or hotel event – Always communicate the date and time in the subject line and be sure to keep a list of people you have attending each webinar (or other type of event.
Be consistent with your colors – they should match the colors of YOUR BRAND.
I use pink and purple – it’s my brand. But, if you are communicating with a man, I’d limit the PINK!
In thinking how to reach as many people as possible, you may want to consider having your own recorded presentation for people who cannot attend a LIVE presentation – this makes it available 24/7 – when people are searching, they don’t want to wait. If you can give them a presentation now, all the better. But you should qualify them. Make them do something – at the very least, confirm their email.
